Somerset cricketer Marcus Trescothick has taken to two wheels in aid of charity.
While his county colleagues are in India competing in the Champions League Twenty20, the former England player is cycling 300 miles (480 km) from Bristol to St Austell, Cornwall.
He is raising funds for Children's Hospice South West during the five-day Banger's Big Bike Ride.

The all-electric Nissan LEAF hatchback has barely gone on sale, but the company is already showing us an electric sports car concept in the form of the ESFLOW. It’s a rear-wheel drive, two-seater that can accelerate from 0–62mph in less than 5 seconds and can manage 150 miles on one electric charge.
